Software as a service (SaaS)

1. Introduction
These are the terms & conditions for all purchases and subscriptions from ASTORTECH
ASTORTECH is the service provider and the users include employees appointed by the Hotel management and business owners.
By using the service, users agree to these terms.

2. Definitions
The term Service refers to the online software application or functionality that ASTORTECH provides to users over the internet. "Subscription," allows customers to access and use the software  by paying a recurring fee, usually on a monthly or annual basis  "Account," an account refers to a unique user or Hotel registration within the platform. It represents a user's or customer’s access point to the service, holding information such as billing details, usage limits, settings, and access permissions. 

3. Services Provided
Front office management, Revenue management, Rates & Inventory management for OTA's and booking engine, Restauratnt & order management. 
Software updates & maintenance will be notified in advance

4. Subscription, Payment, and Billing
Subscriptions are available monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually. Payments for all subscriptions are to be paid before the date of subscription.
The number of rooms can be increased or decreased as per the Hotels requirements.

Non-payment of any invoices will get the account locked or suspended for 30 days post which accounts will be deleted

5. License and Usage Rights
All  hotels are granted usage license during the active subscription term. Licenses are not transfereable. All intellectual property rights to the service, trademarks, and related content belong to the ASTORTECH.

6. User Content and Data Protection
Hotel and User data will be securely stored in secured amazon web servers complying to privacy regulations. Users retain ownership of the data butusers grant ASTORTECH full rights to use it as it necessary for service operation.

7. Privacy and Data Security
Read the privacy policy to understand Privacy policy. ASTORTECH is committed to the data protection of all its clients.

8. Termination and Suspension
Non payment of invoices within the 30 day credit period will render in account suspension permanentl. Upon termination clients will not be able to restore any data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties I
The SaaS product is provided "as is" without warranties. ASTORTECH does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to update or modify the T&Cs. Users will be notified of changes through email.

12. Entire Agreement
These T&Cs, along with referenced policies, represent the entire agreement between ASTORTECH and its clients.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are generally not provided for monthly subscriptions. This is to avoid abuse and administrative overhead.
Annual Subscriptions:  For annual subscription there is a 7 day cancellation period. Refunds are not provided after this period.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Terms: Clients are required to notify regarding cancellation of subscription by sending email from the registered email ID 
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Access After Cancellation: Cleints will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

No Refund for Promotional Discounts or Credits
Refunds will not apply to any promotional discounts, free credits, or special offers.
